Some sledgehammer and steel chisels and one crane.

1.3.3 Construction organization and method in the site

Method to cutting square piles: smash the concrete around to expose reinforcing bar, and then use gas welding to cut the main reinforcement. At last, prize the square pile over with sledgehammer, steel chisels or chisels. The method of laying longer piles down will consult to the round piles, which we will fasten to a crane and then lay down.

Method to cutting round piles: in order to ensure the construction safety, we’ll fasten the pile to a crane firstly for the longer piles, and then cut it off. The construction steps are as follows:

Perch the crane.

Tie the steel rope sling on the pile and the other end to the hook.

Tie one or two assistant ropes to the steel rope sling.

Lift the crane hook and two people pull down the assistant rope at the same time to let the steel rope sling in relaxation.

When the steel rope sling is lifted to one fourth from the top of pile, loosen the assistant rope, and then fix the steel rope sling firmly. (look at Schematic Drawing)

Direct the crane to turn the hanger rod, and then put the pile down.

The cutting work shouldn’t influent the piling construction.

Main technique and administrative measure in order to ensure construction period

Master the process of piling works at any moment, collocate manpower in reason, and add or minus personnel at any time to ensure the actualization of the plan.

Prepare personnel and equipment at any moment to make sure the work can be carried out as soon as required.

Safety Statement

All the working rubbish should be collected in dustbin and cleaned up altogether.

Using gas welding must strictly execute operation regulation and the requirement of the administrators in the site. Destroying the regulation is not allowed.

Examine the ropes constantly to ensure safety.

Pushing, suspending and loading piles should be conducted by special person. Unsafely working is not allowed.

When the reinforcing bar of the precast pile is cut off, the pile must be lay down to avoid injuring someone in case it falls.

The pile should be transported out of the site in time.

《扬巴一体化项目合成气装置桩基工程进度计划》

合成气桩基工程施工目前已经进入到打桩施工阶段，受工程地质条件的影响，方桩和管桩都不能打到设计标高，为不影响施工，必须对裸露出地面的桩头截去。根据设计桩数，需要进行截桩的工作量约920余根。

a)组织技术人员对施工图纸会审，了解工程的设计意图和要求及执行的规范，掌握质量标准及控制措施，对参加施工的作业人员进行技术、质量、安全等方面的交底。

b)根据要求对混凝土方桩和管桩，截至自然地面。（自然地面高程14.0米左右）

截桩人员不少于8人，其中作业组长负责对整个截桩工作人员进行安排调度。

1.3.3现场施工组织和施工方法

由于施工场地的限制，为防止工作互相影响，截桩工作和打桩工作必须协调有序。按现在施工情况，截桩工作首先从控制室及变配电所开始截桩，由北向南逐步进行，然后根据打桩的施工顺序进行安排截桩工作。根据打桩工作完成情况和场地作业面的扩大进行调整。

方桩的截断，先将桩四周混凝土砸掉露出钢筋，然后用气焊割断主筋，最后用大锤钢钎或凿子将方桩撬倒。对于较长的桩在放倒时参照管桩用吊车稳固后放倒的方法。

管桩的截断，为了保证施工安全，在将比较长的桩进行截断时，采用吊车稳固管桩后再进行截断。施工步骤如下：

在管桩上系钢丝绳套，挂在吊车吊钩上；

在钢丝绳套上系好一至两根钢丝绳套辅助绳；

提升吊车吊钩，在提升吊钩时两人同步将绳套辅助绳向下拉，使钢丝绳套处于松弛状态。

当钢丝绳套提升至距桩顶1/4处时松开辅助绳，将钢丝绳套吊紧固；（见示意图）

拆卸无齿锯，人员和设备移至安全地带；

指挥吊车转动吊臂，将管桩放倒。

桩头截断后集中车辆和人力装车外运。

截桩工作不能影响打桩施工作业。

2.2保证工期的主要技术、管理措施

2.2.1随时掌握打桩进展情况，合理配置劳动力，随时增减人员，确保计划实施。

2.2.2机具，人员随时作好准备，作到随叫随到。

3.1参加截桩施工人员必须是经过IMT的培训，取得证件后方可进场施工。

3.2截桩施工人员必须遵守施工现场的一切规章制度。

3.4截桩时注意过往行人，防止砼碎块飞溅伤人。

3.6动用气割工具，必须严格执行其操作规程及现场安全管理人员的要求。不得违章操作。

3.7经常检查索具，保证索具的安全性。

3.8推桩、吊装必须有专人指挥。不得野蛮施工。

3.9预制桩钢筋被截断后必须将桩放倒，防止倒塌伤人。

3.10桩推倒后应及时运出现场
