2、Construction Materials施工材料

1)Fabrication and Installation of sectional steel support型钢支架的制作安装
a. Before use, straighten the sectional steel and eliminate rusts. 型钢使用前应将其调直,除锈。
b. Use a grinding wheel for cutting and a bench drill for drilling; No gas welding, electrical welding for cutting ordrilling is permitted. 用砂轮机切割、台钻开孔;不得以气、电焊切割、开孔。
2)Exposed and hidden hose fittings明、暗配管
a. When embedded, perform pipe and case embedment matching with the schedule of the civil work. In principle, embedment in the floors shall be short and with less bends. Hidden embedment along the wall shall keep lines straight and parallel with the wall.预埋时,密切配合土建,掌握土建进度,及时进行管线、箱盒的预埋,楼板内预埋应以线路短、弯曲少为原则,沿墙暗敷应横平竖直。
b. There should be no burr at the pipe nozzle. Seal the nozzles upward and in the embedded cases. Fill up the embedded cases with old newspapers and yellow mud and fix it with the template using nails and lead wires.No pipe shall be in freedom, which must be colligated with reinforced bars. Pipes must laid off along the bottom bars.管口应无毛刺,管口向上及预埋盒内的管口应及时封堵,预埋盒内以旧报纸或黄泥填实,以铁钉和铅丝与模板固定好,所有的管子不得呈自由状态,必须与钢筋绑扎好,管子必须在底筋上敷设。
c. Laying pipes in the wall, determine the excavation depth with the protection layer not thinner than 15mm, and the slot 1.2times wider than the outer diameter of the pipe. Perform excavations with machines.墙内的管子敷设时,必须以保护层厚度不小于15mm来确定墙槽开凿深度,槽宽应大于管子外径的1.2倍,开槽以机械进行。
d. Laying pipes along the support or the surface of the building, fixing points or spacing between supports shall meet requirements of Table 1. A distance of 150~500mm between fixing points and ends, central points of elbows, and edges of electrical devices or cases is proper. 管子沿支架或建筑物表面敷设时,固定点或支架间距应满足表1的要求,固定点与终端、弯头中点、电气器具或箱盒边缘的距离宜为150~500mm。

e. Adopt casing welding for connections of steel pipes. The length of the casing is 1.5~3times as long as the outer diameter of the pipe. After entering the case, fix with welding. Adopt threaded connections for galvanized wiring pipes. The length of the thread is 1/2 of that of the pipe joint, and is connected with the case by nuts. The length of the steel pipe in the box is not longer than 5mm, and the thread is properly featured with 2~3 circles of thread. The connection of the electronic pipe shall adopt overlapping (lead overlapping and welding pipes). 钢管连接采用套管焊接,套管长度为管子外径的1.5~3倍,进入箱盒以焊接固定,镀锌电线管连接采用丝扣连接,套丝长度为管接头的1/2,与盒子以纳子固定,钢管进入箱盒长度不大于5mm,丝扣以2~3丝为宜,电管连接处应跨接(导线跨接和焊管接)。
g. Use the bend machine for steel pipes, and a rod for the galvanized electronic pipe to make elbows. No flat, fold or crack appears at the elbow. The diameter of the elbow shall not be six times lesser than that of the pipe.钢管以顶弯机,镀锌电管以拗棒弯制弯头,折弯处不应有扁、折、裂等现象,弯曲半径不小于管子外径的6倍。
h. When connecting the pipe and electrical device or equipment, the pipe can be inserted directly or connected with a metal hose.管子与电气器具或设备连接时可以直接进入GB 7000.19-2005 照相和电影用灯具(非专业用)安全要求,也可以用金属软管连接。
3) Installation of bridge and duct 桥架、线槽的安装:
c. Bridge and duct cutting and elbow fabrication must be processed with machines to ensure a perfect appearance. Electrical and gas welding for cutting and drilling is forbidden. 桥架、线槽切割及弯头制作,必须以机械加工,外观完好,严禁用电焊、气焊切割开孔。
d. All nuts used for fixing a bridge and a bridge, and a duct and a duct shall be located at the outside of the bridge and the duct. 桥架与桥架;线槽与线槽之间,采用螺栓固定,所有紧固螺母必须在桥架、线槽的外侧。
e. In case without any design requirement, the space between supports of the bridge and the duct installed horizontally is 1.5~3m, and that installed vertically is not longer than 2m. 当无设计要求时,桥架、线槽的水平安装的支架间距为1.5~3m,垂直安装的支架间距不大于2m。
f. Fire protection measures shall be taken for bridges and ducts laid in silos and passing through different fire protection districts. 敷设在竖井内和穿越不同防火区的桥架、线槽,按设计要求位置,应有防火隔堵措施。
