5.3.3.2机具保证

5.3.3.2 machines and tools guarantee

机具选型。针对施工工艺要求、现场情况等，按照技术上先进、经济上合理、生产上适用、性能上可靠、使用上安全、操作*便和维修*便的原则铝合金门窗安装施工工艺，结合公司机械设备情况和租赁或**能力，合理选择机械设备。

1) choose the type of machines and tools. Aim at requirement of process, arena condition, according to the rules that advanced technique, reasonable economic, applicable in production, trusty capability, safe use, conveniency operating and maintain, choose appropriate mechanical equipments.

机具检查。对所有施工设备进行检查与保养，损坏的尽快修理，修理不好的机具及缺少的机具采取租赁或**的**，保证工程施工能够顺利进行。

设备、材料选择。设备、材料质量的好坏直接关系整个工程的工程质量，所以设备、材料的选择必须以优质为前提，在符合设计及相关要求的基础上，选择价低的产品。

1) equipments and materials’ choice. equipments and materials’ quality impact the project quality directly, so the choice of equipments and materials must be quality, on the basis of according with design and relevant requirements, choose low price production.

设备、材料运输。设备、材料的运输要符合产品本身的要求，对有特殊要求的设备、材料单独运输或采取有效措施，保证设备、材料合格到达施工现场。

2) equipments and materials’transport. equipments and materials’transport should accord with the requirement of equipments and materials, for equipments and materials which have special requirements , transport alone so that ensure equipments and materials arrive at arena.

设备、材料验收。对到达施工现场的设备进行严格的质量验收。由质检人员对设备、材料的外观、零部件及功能等主要*面进行验收，不合格的产品不与接受，以保证不合格的产品不会流入到施工环节。

5.3.3.4施工*法保证

技术交底。坚持两级技术交底制度，即施工前由公司对项目经理部及项目经理部对全体施工人员进行技术交底工作，使施工人员做到心中有数.

三级检查。坚持质量的“三级检查制度”，即自检不合格不移交，互检不合格不接受，未经质检人员检查验收签字，不准进入下道工序施工。

2)third class inspection. Insist on third class inspection system, namely, disqualification do not hand over inspect by self, disqualification do not hand over inspect by each other, forbid to get in the next procedure if the inspector do not sign.

“三工序”活动。开展“三工序”活动，即复查上道工序的质量，保证本道工序的质量，准时、优质的为下道工序服务。

不合格项处理。对施工中产生的不合格项要立即制止并强制整改，直到检查合格后*可进行下一步工序，不合格项要做详细的记录，并做认真分析其发生的原因，制定纠正预防措施，杜绝此类情况在下一工程中发生。

成品保护。对已完成的工序要做好保护措施DB23∕T 3368-2022 沥青路面冷再生设计与施工技术规程，防止重复施工情况发生。

天气情况。对天气情况充分了解某工程冬季施工*案2，根据天气情况，合理安排或调整施工工序，保证施工顺利进行。

现场情况。与土建部门密切沟通，实时了解土建工程进展情况，合理安排各设备的安装顺序。如有必要，与土建部门充分协商，改变土建内部装修顺序，例如GIS组合电器安装周期较长，对安装环境要求较高，可以与土建部门协商，先对组合电器室的内部进行装修处理。
