7.3Appearance
7.3.1The surface of the steel strand in the cable shall be clean and tidy, shall not naveloose,rust and other defects, its color is allowed to changeafter being exposed inair. 7.3.2The surface of anchors shall not have defects of cracks,trimmings,indentations, scratches,andshrinkagecavities,etc. 7.3.3Innatural state, the cable shall not show spiral curl. 7.4Mechanicalproperties 7.4.1Over tensioning When a hot cast cable is finished, the over tensioning test shall be carried out at 1.25 times the designed tension value (not less than 45%of the minimumbreaking tensile force calculated).After thetensioning,the relativeoutward displacement(seefigure1)between steel strandand anchor nents of table 2

9.2. 2 Lot grouping and sampling
Thesamecableproductsproduced withthesamebatchofrawmaterials,thesame specification,and the same process forthe production is a batch. Every cable product shall be subjected todeliveryinspection
9. 2. 3 Decision rule
For all delivery inspection items, if any item is notpassed the inspection, thecable isjudged to beunqualified
9.3 Type inspectior
a)Finalizing and appraising the new or old products transferred to other factory b)After finalizing formally, when there are major changes in the structure, materials and process,etc. c)After formal production, a test shall be carried out per three years. d)when construction resumes after suspending production for half a year or more. e)when there is bigger difference between delivery inspection result and last type inspection result. f)whenthe contract requires inspection.
