摘 要:
本毕业设计课题为多层住宅的施工组织设计。本住宅楼为六层砖混结构,基础、构造柱、圈梁、楼地板、楼梯等混凝土部分为现浇工程,砌筑工程主要为砌筑砖墙。设计内容为在看懂图纸结合工程实际的前提下编写施工组织设计,其中包括编制依据、工程概况、施工平面布置、进度计划及保证措施、各分部分项工程施工方案、劳动力机械设备及周转材料投入计划、季节施工措施以及安全文明生产、环境保护、施工措施等,其中重点为各分部分项工程施工方案,在查阅大量资料并充分结合实际的情况下完成,对本工程中涉及到的各个分部分项工程做了尽可能详细的编写。此外,利用软件绘制了总平面布置图、施工进度计划横道图、网络图,另外还对本工程相关的工程量进行了计算,以用来安排人工量、机械台班量及材料用量。

1 引言
施工组织设计是以整个建设项目为对象,根据初步设计或扩大设计图纸以及其他有关资料和现场施工条件编制,用以指导全工地各项施工准备和施工活动的技术经济文件。
随着经济社会的发展,科学、合理的施工组织设计对于建筑工程活动的作用越来越大。一份合理、科学的施工组织设计关系着整个工程的质量、进度、经济效益等,因此施工组织设计要合理的运用人力、物力、财力等资源并结合工程实际情况和社会现实,以承包合同和设计图纸以及国家相关法律法规为依据,在保证质量和安全的前提下,秉承技术先进﹑经济合理的原则,使建筑施工活动全过程能够科学化、系统化、规范化,达到工程要求,使各方都能获得最大的利益。
本施工组织设计是多层住宅楼施工组织设计,该设计的编制依据招标文件、设计图纸、各种规范、国家政策及当地法规等。其编制包括:工程概况和特点分析;施工部署和主要工程项目施工方案;施工进度计划;施工资源需求量;施工总平面图;各种施工保证措施等。
